Grand Opening: the Junior Firefighter Challenge

August 23, 2014
Begins at 10:30 am

Do you have what it takes to be a Jr. firefighter? Come try the Museum’s newest interactive challenge! See if you can climb a ladder, slide down the pole, hoist the tools and more. Every child who completes the challenge will earn their official "Jr. Firefighter” badge. After completing the challenge, you can meet the firefighters from the Niverville FD and learn about the different tools they use to fight fire, as they help you explore their rescue truck. There will also be free cake and beverages to celebrate the exhibit opening from out friends at Hannaford and Ginsberg's Foods. It’s a morning of interactive fun and sweet treats with your hometown heroes at the Museum!

Meet Smokey Bear and His Forest Friends
