The FASNY Museum of Firefighting attracts and inspires visitors from all over the world. There are many ways to experience and enjoy the Museum. The Museum is open year-round and is always happy to welcome you, your family or group (with a reservation) to this one-of-a-kind cultural institution — there’s no other museum quite like it.

We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday to Sunday open 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily. Gift shop is open until 5 p.m

Before you visit, feel free to take a walk through the Museum.

To begin your walk through, click the icon. After doing so, please click the icon in the lower left corner of the window to view the Museum’s floor plan.

To select a floor, click the icon. The Great Hall is on Floor 1 and the rest of the galleries are on Floor 2. Click on the gallery you want to walk through.

To navigate, click and drag your cursor from left to right on the screen to move the camera. To move around the area, click on the floor of the gallery in the desired direction.

Guided tours for your group, club or organization

Whether you’re looking to plan a fascinating, fun outing for your senior group, car club, Cub Scout pack or large family gathering, the Museum can offer you a guided tour that will be enjoyable and educational for all.
